Most prefer that WE set up the meeting and then that link is sent out to attendees but we absolutely do NOT have to do it that way.  Some groups want us to part of an existing meeting where we are only on for a small portion of the full meeting.  Some groups need to use a specific service due to the security policy of their company.  We just need to be invited to the meeting that you set up.  We haven’t yet found an online meeting software that we can’t work with.  (We usually do a run-through test about a week in advance to make sure everything is working as it should)
